REGISTRATION GUIDELINES:

Please note that registration to Singapore Breast Imaging Conference 2024 is only available through the official SBIC 2024 website (https://sbic.asia/). We advise against making ticket purchases through any other platform. *Prices are in Singapore Dollar and is subject to GST at 8%. Kindly note that purchases on or after 1 Jan 2024 will be subject to GST at 9%. (You may click here for more details on the GST Rate Change).

Registration Fees Include:

Attendance to all sessions from 25 – 26 May 2024
Light refreshments during breaks as indicated in the programme

Group Registration > 10 : 10% discount (Not applicable for Super Early Bird registration)

Enjoy a 10% discount automatically applied to group registrations of 10 or more participants. For group registration, kindly contact us via email at enquiry@conectere.com.sg. We recommend preparing all pertinent information for each participant before commencing the registration process.

Registration Verification for Residents/ Fellows and Radiographers

As part of the registration process for Residents/ Fellows/ Radiographers, please submit an official letter from your department as proof of your residency/radiographer status. If it is found to be fraudulent, your registration will be cancelled automatically without any refund and you will be denied access to the conference.

Payment Terms

Submission of a registration online constitutes an official registration and intent to attend the Conference. Full payment must be received to gain entry to the Conference.

Payments must be charged to Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. Checks, purchase orders and cash are not accepted.

If there are any issues with your credit card charge, please contact the appointed Profesional Conference Organiser, Conectere Events Pte Ltd, by enquiry@conectere.com.sg. We strive to get back to you within 3 working days.

Registration Confirmation

Registration confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact enquiry@conectere.com.sg.

Attendee Cancellation Policy

If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice by emailing enquiry@conectere.com.sg.

Our Attendee cancellation policy is outlined below.

50% of the registration fees will be refunded, if you notify of your cancellation in writing on or before midnight SGT, Saturday, 30 March, 2024.
There will be no refunds given for any cancellations received after SGT, Saturday, 30 March, 2024. This includes but is not limited to, failure to attend the conference because of illness, alteration or rescheduling of the Conference by Singapore Breast Imaging Conference 2024, or due to events beyond the parties’ reasonable control, such as travel problems, natural disaster or weather emergency, civil unrest, epidemic, public health emergency (declared or undeclared), or an act of terrorism.
For all cancellation requests (within the given cancellation period), Conectere Events will reach out to request for your bank details and make the refund within 30 business days after the conference. Any bank charges will be borne by the attendee.
Reminder:Cancelling your Conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their hotel and travel reservations.

Substitution Policy

Kindly note that conference registration may be transferred on a case-by-case basis. You may write in to enquiry@conectere.com.sg to put up a request. Please note that the organiser has the final decision.
